DiSC Assessment 

The DiSC Assessment is a test that is based on the emotional and behavioral theory of the psychologist William Moulton Marston. It is a known behavior self-assessment tool that is used to predict job performance. Taking a DiSC Assessment 

A DiSC Assessment is a test that is used to understand more about your behaviors, emotional being, and yourself overall. The model of this test model helps both the individual and employer understand more about personal behaviors and how this impacts the way the person is able to communicate. 
 
These assessments are easy to take. Being honest with yourself and your answers is the biggest thing you can do for the best results. This is not a personality test because there are no right or wrong answers along the way. It is more an assessment of a person's communication behaviors. 
 
All of the styles found on a DiSC assessment provide equal value to one another and are measured across four different behaviors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

These are then graded by you on a scale of least like you or more like you. The test then reads these answers at the end to determine which specific behavior style matches yours.
